Getting Started
Main Window
When you click to open Bet Minder the main window will open (on the start page) and after it has checked that it is the latest version a login box will appear:
In the login box please type your Betfair username and Betfair password. These will be used to log the bot into your Betfair account. You do not need to have Betfair open but you do need a Betfair account.
If all is well the login box will close and the bot will load a Bet Minder tab for the username you have just signed in with. This will also show your Betfair email address, this has to be the same as the email address that you used when purchasing the bot otherwise it will not authorise you for use. If you have made a mistake you can either get in touch with us and we will change it or change your Betfair email address on your profile page at Betfair.
You can now Follow a Tipster, Add Selections or Add/Edit Systems.
Selections from different Tipsters, named sets of added bets and different systems will all appear in the ‘My Selections’ tab AND will have their own tab so that you can more easily see all of your bets.
As you can see here I have 7 selections from 3 sources that have their own window to view just the selections from that source.
Added Selections
Details about the selection, market, options, matched size, price and result will show in the panels
Right click on any of the selections to Modify either just that selection or all the loaded selections
The ‘Add Selections’ window will appear. Just make the changes to the settings you need. The ‘Add Selections’ Button now reads ‘Modify’, click it to apply the changes to your selections.
Remove Selections
Click on the red X to cancel a bet, click it again to remove the bet line.
Kill/Fill
Right clicking on an unmatched bet will give you the options of ‘Killing’ (cancelling the bet) or ‘Filling’ (Adjusting the price to get matched)
Options
The results of your bets will be displayed in the ‘Results’ column. However if you want the bot the ‘guess’ the runner from the in play final odds you can tell it to ‘Track Results In Play’. This only works for markets that go in running. A ‘*’ will display next to the result to denote that it is from the in play odds. When the market is settled by Betfair it will be replaced.
When bets are processed they will automatically placed on your Betfair account unless you chose ‘Confirm Bets Before Placing’. In this case a pop up box will appear each time bets are processed. You can confirm or cancel the bets at this stage.
If you want all the bets you have entered to be placed immediately then click ‘Place All Bets Now’. The time of the bets will be adjusted so they will all be placed as soon as you confirm this action.

Login: If your login has failed or you want to open a new tab with a different username.
Logout and Close logs the bot out of you Betfair account and closed the bot.
View Logs shows you the bots log files, this is fairly advanced for admin to check performance.
Service call logs shows you the amount of chargeable calls being made to Betfair. All of our products will add calls to the same log on your PC so you will have a total. Betfair charge users for making a lot of calls. Bet Minder does not make a lot of calls to Betfair, this tends only to be the case for trading applications.
You may ‘Hide’ the software from your PC screen. It will show as an icon in your system tray
Simply double or right click make the software visible again.
This will also hide/show any Excel spread sheets the bot has opened if you are using Excel integration.
Multi Accounts
You can run as many Betfair accounts as you like in the same bot (and under same licence if the email on the account are the same).
You can do this by clicking Tools / Login and logging in with a second username or with the ‘Pass Manager’ (download here) which allows you to save multi accounts on your PC.
If you have ‘Pass Manager’ the drop down arrow on the open button will show all your saved accounts for quick access to open in new Bet Minder tabs (all in the same bot).
Also the on the login window you can right click on the login box to select from a list of your saved usernames.
Simply click on the tab you want to show Bet Minder for that Betfair account.
